Private ยท Encrypted
Welcome to Tikva
Tikva means hope. Steve, this is your private journal for how you feel, day by day, through treatment.
Your data belongs to you
- No one owns your data, Steve. Not this app, not the server, not even Seye. It is yours alone.
- Encrypted before it leaves your hands. Everything you write is locked with your passphrase on this device before it is saved.
- Stored only as scrambled data in a private database. The companies that host it (Vercel and Supabase) never see your passphrase and cannot read a word of it.
- Never shared, sold, or used for analytics or advertising. (Steve, no offence, but nobody's lining up to buy your symptom diary. "Gently used, brutally honest" isn't exactly flying off the shelves.) No one else, not even Seye, can open your journal.
- No password reset. If you forget your passphrase, nobody can open your journal, not even Seye, not even to help.
